GRANTEE REPORT: Delphi’s Eurasia Policy & NATO Reach

In just twelve months, the Delphi Global Research Center has transformed from a bold new initiative into a pivotal voice in Euro-Atlantic security. Backed by a strategic grant from the DT Institute to build collaborative research capacity, Delphi Global has proven that agility and focus can rival the output of far larger, established think tanks. 

Since launching in July last year, Delphi has published 58 reports and articles, delivering critical new insights across a vast array of Eurasian hotspots. From Russia-China geostrategic competition in Africa and Arctic security dynamics to the frontlines in Ukraine and the South Caucasus, we directly inform high-level policy spaces like NATO, as well as democratize access to this high-quality analysis for anyone interested in the complex dynamics we study. 

Delphi’s impact is also evidenced by two major ongoing projects for the US government: a US European Command-sponsored study on Russia-China relations in Africa and a Defense Security Cooperation University field study on Ukraine’s use of US military assistance, including field research in Ukraine, Germany, and Poland. Moreover, with 19 of its 33 Fellows hailing from Eurasia and partnerships established with nine local research organizations, Delphi’s commitment to platforming regional voices is rock-solid.
